She was was never on a trailer and sat on her original Chris-Craft cradle for 52 years. She had one owner, was un-restored and original. Purchased her in April 2017, had a trailer built and then brought to California where she arrived May 2017. She showed a few months later in the 45th Lake Tahoe Concourse d’Elegance, with only some caulking applied on the hull to keep her afloat, where she received the “Gold Key Storage Best Original” award and 2nd Place in the Marquee Class “Utilities”. She was restored in 2018 by Senior Boat Works to enter the 2019 47thn Annual Tahoe Concourse d’Elegance to receive “Best Chris Craft of Show”. After Covid, in 2022 won a First in her class with a high score of 98.75, restored to reflect “As New, As Delivered from the Factory” condition including new upholstery to her bucket seats in original Turquoise Metallic & White colors. This boat looks like it is doing 50 mph moored at the dock or even sitting on the trailer.
